Well I don't know if my laptop or my LAP for that matter were actually in any danger of catching on fire, but I DO know that my battery was a piece of shit, a two-minute man if you know what I mean. And thus I am ridiculously excited that I am eligible for a battery exchange, just ordered it. Christmas came early this year!
I must admit that I've neglected my iBook terribly since I snagged the iMac in February but it does hold a certain sentimental value for me. Here's a shot of my beloved partner:
